We check the plans against the room itself, including where doors will open, appliances will sit and plumbing or sockets need to move. Your written quote sets out the work before we start.
On a recent project, the homeowners chose their own kitchen, timber worktops and a tiled splashback with red grout. Our team stripped out the old room, prepared the walls, installed electric underfloor heating and levelled the floor before tiling. We then fitted the kitchen and finished the splashback to match the look they had in mind.
