We’re TIG Projects Ltd, a family-run team specialising in full bathroom and kitchen renovations across Liverpool and the surrounding areas. We started out working in homes in London before moving to Merseyside. From the first visit to the final fitting, you deal directly with the team doing the work.
Some of the most important work we do is hidden by the time a room is finished. Before we tile a shower, we check the floor, test the pipework and waterproof the shower area. Before we fit a kitchen, we check the supplier’s drawings against the room itself. If stripping out the old room reveals a problem, we show you what we’ve found and talk through the options with you.
We know what it means to have work going on in the home you live in. We protect the stairs and floors we use, cut tiles outside where space allows and plan the work to keep your toilet usable for as long as possible if it’s your only bathroom. When we leave, the room and the route through your home are clean and tidy.
We measure your room, talk through your ideas and check how the layout will work in your home.
You receive a detailed written quote showing what’s included. Once you accept it and pay the deposit, we reserve your agreed start date.
We protect your stairs and floors before removing the old bathroom or kitchen. If we uncover a problem, we show you what we’ve found and agree any extra work with you.
We install the pipework and wiring, level the walls and floors where needed, and waterproof shower areas before tiling.
We lay the tiles, fit the bathroom suite or kitchen units, complete the plumbing and electrical connections, and seal the joints with silicone where needed.
We check the finished room with you, explain how to care for the finishes and leave the room and access route clean and tidy.
